Agreement to Terms

By engaging Vacationers Lawn Care for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Description

Vacationers Lawn Care provides professional lawn care services including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and edging services
• Fertilization and weed control treatments
• Landscaping and maintenance services
• Seasonal lawn care programs
• Property cleanup and maintenance

Service Agreement and Scheduling

Initial Consultation

All services begin with a free consultation to assess your property and discuss specific needs. Based on this assessment, we will provide a written estimate for selected services.

Service Scheduling

Regular services are scheduled according to your chosen program. We will notify you 24-48 hours in advance of service visits. Weather conditions may occasionally require rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash and checks
• Credit and debit cards
• Electronic bank transfers

Payment Schedule

Payment terms are as follows:

• One-time services: Due upon completion
• Monthly services: Due on the 1st of each month
• Seasonal programs: Due quarterly in advance
• Annual programs: Due annually in advance

Late Payment

Payments more than 30 days overdue may result in service suspension until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for collection and handling of overdue accounts.

Cancellation and Refunds

Service Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing services with 14 days written notice. One-time services cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, partial refunds may be available for:

• Unused prepaid services (pro-rated basis)
• Services not completed due to circumstances beyond our control
• Quality issues that can be remedied

Customer Responsibilities

Property Preparation

Before each service visit, customers should:

• Remove personal items, toys, and debris from lawn areas
• Ensure clear access to all service areas
• Secure pets during service visits
• Mark sprinkler heads and underground utilities if applicable

Safety and Liability

Customers are responsible for informing us of any safety hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions that may affect service delivery.

Service Commitments

Service Quality

We strive to provide professional services that meet industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns.

Limitations

Our service commitments do not cover damage caused by:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Pre-existing lawn conditions or diseases
• Damage from pets, pests, or wildlife
• Acts of nature or force majeure events

Chemical Applications

When providing fertilization, weed control, or pest management services, we will:

• Use only professional-grade, EPA-registered products
• Follow all label directions and safety guidelines
• Provide appropriate safety warnings and re-entry intervals
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Vacationers Lawn Care and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vacationers Lawn Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas state law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
