At Vacationers Lawn Care, we take pride in delivering exceptional lawn care services to our customers throughout Lindale, TX and surrounding areas. We stand behind the quality of our work and want to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Residential Services Refund Policy
One-Time Services
- Mowing Services: Full refund if service is not completed as scheduled or if you are dissatisfied with the quality within 24 hours of completion.
- Weed Control: Full refund available if weeds are not significantly reduced within 7 days of treatment.
- Fertilization: Partial refund (75%) if you do not see improved lawn health within 14 days of application.
Recurring Services
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime with 48-hour notice. Pro-rated refund for unused portion of current billing period.
- Seasonal Plans: 80% refund if cancelled within first 2 weeks. After that, refund is available on a pro-rated basis minus a small administrative fee.
- Annual Contracts: Refund available within 30 days of signing, minus a $50 processing fee. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Commercial Services Refund Policy
For commercial properties and HOAs, we offer a satisfaction commitment on all services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Service not completed as specified in the contract
- Quality issues reported within 48 hours of service completion
- Equipment damage or property issues caused by our team
- Safety concerns or compliance failures

We'll either re-service your lawn at no charge or process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions and Limitations
Please note the following situations where refunds may not be available:
- Weather-related issues beyond our control (excessive rain, drought, extreme temperatures)
- Pre-existing lawn conditions that were not disclosed at time of service agreement
- Damage caused by pets, wildlife, or third parties
- Services modified or interrupted by customer requests after work has begun
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after service completion (for one-time services)
Emergency Services
For urgent lawn care issues or emergency services, we offer same-day response when possible. Emergency service refunds follow the same guidelines as our standard policies, with priority handling for qualifying situations.
