Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vacationers Lawn Care's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Agreements
Service agreements may be established through verbal confirmation, written contracts, or online scheduling. By scheduling a service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property and contact information
- Ensure access to the property for scheduled services
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule
- Pay for services rendered according to agreed pricing
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for services is provided at the time of quote or scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust prices with appropriate notice. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards for payment. Returned checks may incur a processing fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vacationers Lawn Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of Vacationers Lawn Care and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Smith County, Texas.
