Common Mowing Questions
For most East Texas lawns, weekly mowing during the peak growing season (March through October) produces the best results. During slower growth periods, bi-weekly may be sufficient. We work with you to determine the optimal schedule based on your grass type, sun exposure, and how you use your lawn.
Not at all! Many of our clients provide gate codes or leave gates unlocked, and we service their lawns while they're at work or away. We send a reminder the day before, and you can provide access instructions via text or phone.
We monitor weather conditions and will reschedule if the lawn is too wet to mow safely. We never mow wet grass as it can damage the lawn and create an uneven cut. You'll receive a notification if we need to reschedule, and we'll get your lawn serviced as soon as conditions allow.
Yes! While we encourage recurring service contracts for the best lawn health, we do offer one-time mows for clients who need occasional help — whether it's for a special event, after vacation, or just to get back on track.
