Not at all! Many of our clients provide gate codes or access instructions, and we service their lawns while they're away. Just let us know how to access your property, and we'll handle the rest. We'll send a reminder the day before so you can provide any necessary access information.

We monitor weather forecasts and will reschedule if conditions aren't suitable for mowing. Wet grass can be damaged by mowing equipment and won't cut cleanly. You'll receive a notification if we need to reschedule, and we'll get your lawn serviced as soon as conditions allow.

During peak growing season (spring through early fall), weekly mowing is ideal for most lawns. In winter or periods of slow growth, bi-weekly may be sufficient. We'll work with you to determine the best schedule based on your grass type, sun exposure, and how quickly your lawn grows.

Our annual program includes 6 treatments (March through October), strategically timed to provide the right nutrients at each stage of the growing season. Each application includes weed control, and pricing ranges from $75-$150 depending on lawn size. The program includes free soil pH testing and lawn analysis.

Yes! Once fertilizers and treatments have been watered in (either by rain or irrigation), they're safe for pets. We recommend keeping pets off the lawn for 24-48 hours after application. Our technicians are trained to apply products carefully and efficiently to minimize any exposure time.
