FAQ
Fertilization Questions
Yes! Once the fertilizer has been watered in (either by rain or irrigation), it's safe for pets and children to resume playing on the lawn. We recommend keeping them off for 24-48 hours after application to allow the product to activate.
Most clients notice darker green color within 7-10 days of each application. The thickest, densest results typically appear after 3-4 consecutive treatments as the lawn becomes healthier from the roots up.
Don't worry — our program includes weed control with every application. For severe weed problems, we can provide an initial aggressive treatment to knock them back before starting the regular program. As your lawn thickens, it will naturally crowd out future weeds.
If we don't receive at least 0.25 inches of rain within 48 hours of application, we recommend watering your lawn to activate the fertilizer. However, many of our formulations are designed to work without immediate watering.
